A U-shaped pillow shaped to the cervical curve, with infrared heating and massage — for car seats, office chairs and long flights.

This is the category that sells hardest as a gift, and the one where packaging does the most work. The product itself has to feel firm enough to hold the head up and soft enough to wear for an hour.

We mould the foam, sew the cover and assemble the electronics in the same plant, which is why a colour change or a new box is a short job rather than a new supplier conversation.

Can you produce it under our own brand?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Send the model, the branding you want on the device and the packaging, and the market you are selling into, and we come back with what we can do and a quotation.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the model and on how much tooling the job needs, so we quote per project rather than publishing one number that would be wrong for half of them. Tell us the model and the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible, including smaller trial runs.
Can we start with a sample?
Yes, and for a first order we would rather you did. Tell us where it should be sent and we confirm the sample cost and the delivery time with the quotation.
